All group member’s names and email addresses – choose one time length.
2 – Choose one person to be head of the group, in charge of payment.
3 – Upon receipt of group cost, please be advised that the offer is good for 7 days.
4 – The head of the group is in charge of posting the payment and submitting the registration form that you will receive with the discounted price.
